After
the surprise no elimination episode last week, the top 3 has finally been
revealed: Angie, Kree, and Candice (in the order I’d like them to be listed).

There
was no contestant eliminated last week because the judges save wasn’t used.
Unlike previous seasons where the judges save becomes unusable after the top 5,
not using it converts the save into a non-elimination episode. It’s another
season first, like the previous twists earlier this season including the Sudden
Death round, revealing voting results in order (top 3 down to bottom 3), and so
on.
The
votes were combined from last week and this week so last week’s turnout of
votes is still not wasted. And despite her improved performances, Amber Holcomb
was eliminated this week as predicted by many. Even the judges seem to believe
that it is her turn to be voted out based on their comments during performance
night.
It’s
still anyone’s game at this point but if I were to predict who goes home next
week, it’s most likely Candice; leaving behind Kree and Angie for the finale.
And like I’ve mentioned in one of the earlier posts, it’s Angie Miller who may
be the next American Idol Season 12 winner. We have only 2 weeks left to find
out.
