In a previous post, Okonomiyaki at Dohtonbori Philippines, I enjoyed watching how this dish is cooked. This time around, I was able to cook my own meal.
Busy Place Buzzing with People Waiting
The Greenhills branch was swarming with people that time. The front desk list of diners waiting was long. But everyone patiently waited.
The wait was worth it.
We were seated in the same spot by the window.
I was amazed at how other customers were able to mix and cook their own okonomiyaki without assistance from the friendly crew. So when our attendant offered the option to do so, I was excited to try.
We tried two different bowls based on best seller suggestions.
