Look: Balcony of CB Mall Urdaneta City

I have no idea if this is only happening in Pangasinan but government services like SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, OWWA, and even NBI are now present in some malls, particularly CB Mall in Urdaneta City and Robinson’s Place Calasiao. But other than the presence of government agencies in CB Mall, the balcony offers something refreshing and lets you take a peek of the city from above. See photos below.

I have no idea if there is any public entrance that leads to this section or if the mall’s tenants are allowed to see it but we were just able to view the area through an upcoming bakery’s backdoor.
