So this week on American Idol Season 12, we have witnessed
the elimination of country singer Janelle Arthur, the first female contender to be eliminated from the show after the last male contestant, Lazaro Arbos bids farewell last week. Say it with the Bellsouth
twang, Ja-neylle. The judges save was
not unanimous and so she wasn’t saved despite singing for her life through “You
Keep Me Hanging On” which gave her outstanding remarks from the judges during the
first time she sang it.

Thus remains Candice
Glover, Angie Miller, Amber Holcomb, and another country singer Kree Harrison
on the competition. Next week, only the top 3 contestants will stay on the show
all the way to the finale.
It is still anyone’s game
despite numerous predictions. Although I previously listed my top 3 to be Candice, Kree, and Angie
but this week’s results included Amber in the picture with Kree in the bottom 2
along with Janelle. So we are still yet to see what happens next week.
